Conversion of a large steading complex to provide a total of nine 2 and 3 bedroom units with spectacular views across Luce Bay. Glazed porch and sunroom extensions allow the accommodation to be increased while preserving the strong form of this traditional rural building group. The steading comprised a variety of byres and former cottages, requiring an considered response to the design of each unit. Car parking is contained within the courtyard with its impact softened by landscaping while each unit faces outward onto its own private garden space.
