The development converts the former farm steading into a group of new houses gathered around the existing courtyard.

The first phase of the development involved the refurbishment and extension of a small cottage and adjacent store. A feature of the design for development is small sun lounges with outward views to the surrounding landscape and capture passive solar gain.
