This is a speculative development of a large steading with a courtyard giving outdoor landscaped space for nine residential units. The brief for the design meant maximising the number and refining the type of units to improve the potential for sale. The existing buildings were traditional stone built and are to be fully upgraded to high standards of insulation for energy efficiency. |
